I called them to get a price quote about reglazing my bathtub, but I was unable to reach someone at first. About an hour later, I received a text message apologizing for missing my call and asking what service I needed. They responded quickly to my text messages with answers to my questions and a quote for the job I needed done. He even included a photo with their license information, which is very important. The quote I was given was a good price, and he was able to schedule an appointment around our busy schedules. On the day of the appointment, he communicated when he would be arriving and even arrived early. He was prepared and explained everything to us. He knew the reglazing process created a strong order so he took the necessary steps to make sure our house was well-ventilated. I greatly appreciated this, specifically because we have three little dogs, and I’m very sensitive to smell. The project was completed faster than expected, and we were very pleased with the work he did. He cleaned everything up and threw away any trash. He explained his findings, the work he did, and the aftercare. He even asked again about the smell and if it was too strong. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness. In the end, we paid the price we were quoted. No pressure sales. Very pleased with this company! Thank you!
